Ebony , This lady Ebony is the best. I love the way she handle customer service when I enter the 615 Auto sales car lot. She knows how to take care of business and when it comes to customer satisfaction she makes things understandable and with the knowledge she has she can get the job done.

Made a two hour trip to Tennessee. I was told that I couldn’t do an application online then once I arrived there, I was told that I could. felt like I was given the runaround just to get me in the door but turns out i it was a misunderstanding ! The trip was for no reason being that I was denied due to income , but the dealership and the managers were understandable and made it right by providing me with a tank of gas to compensate me for the money I used to get here. So no complaints om my end !
